Nikita Rastogi filed complaint against Meesho App on Dec 14, 2021
This is regarding order number Order #********** on Meesho.
The order was delivered to me on Nov ** and I had requested return for the same on Nov **,ie within the * day return period.
My issue is that-
*) Nobody came to pick the order from courier partner. I received a call once and they told me that pickup will be done tomorrow.
*) On ** Nov, I get the message on app that pickup has been delayed and pickup will be done in *-* days but nobody comes to pick it up.
*) I raise a complaint on meesho again on Dec **, and after debating for ** minutes ,the executive finally registers my complaint.
*) I am being told that * day return period is over, however what I don't understand is that when I had initiated the return within * days , why am I being given this reason when meesho couldn't ensure pick up on time.
*) Around Dec *,I called again to know the status of my complaint and was assured that My case has been forwarded to the back end team and return will be done soon and I'll get my refund.
*) Today, ie on Dec ** , I called again since I received no communication, the executive again tells me that * day return period is over .
Is the customer supposed to pay for Meesho's inefficiency and inability to pick up return order on time? I am frustrated calling again and again and being fed the same illogical response from the customer service.
