Meesho - Return not picked up and delivery Valet So RUDE

Delivery boy VIKAS RAWAT (********** )just cancelled my return firstly because I was unable to receive his call . He came and failed the item in quality check just to prove himself right .he was talking so rude and was so dumb . He has no knowledge about the delivery services . I order * abayas for rupee **** one for *** and other for *** .. I wanted to return *** item but VIKAS RAWAT is asking for returning both the items and he Also Denies for giving the Pick Up Slip. VIKAS came early in the morning after *am and he rang my door bell ** times continuously and shouted in the street. I'M MENTALLY HARRASSED . please retard such kind of behaviour from the delivery partners.
