Urbanic London - Return not picked up

I am a citizen of India and It's about a dress..since I ordered a dress of rupees **** from Urbanic..then I wanted to return the dress..on **th oct **** I did all the returning process nd they approved the return..on **th oct **** I got a message for pickup with agent details..then same day evening I got a message of unpicked and with the false remarks of my unavailability..but the agent didn't called me.. completely no single attempt from there side..and this was continued till the *rd message for pickup scheduled..even I called the agent so many times but they didn't respond.. Meanwhile I have also complaint in urbanic customer support..
But still there's nothing resolved..and this is continuing till date..no one is coming to pickup the return order..and there's no call from the agent..
Please help me in this I m totally stuck with my money and refund..
