Urbanic London - Delay in Return pickup and refund

Hello Team,
I would like to raise complaint regarding delay in may return order pick up leading to delay in refund.
I received my * dresses from Urbanic London on **rd May **** at **pm and i raised a return request at around **pm on same day since I was facing sizing issues. Agent was Delhivery limited for pick up and person who was allotted for pick up has called me very next day and informed that he will be coming but never made up and same he is been doing since last and once he asked me if I can come and handover the order to the place which was *km away from my home.
Return request status was updated as cancelled in Urbanic application and again I raised new request **th May ****.
I'm only getting OTPs daily on WhatsApp from agent Delhivery limited but nobody is actually calling and at the end of the day I'm getting notified that 'agent was unable to reach out to me'. This is happening everyday since **rd May ****. I'm getting no help from customer support in both Urbanic London and Delhivery limited.
I want my refund of Rs. ****/- as soon as possible.
I declare that i haven't used those dresses and was packed and kept ready for pickup the day it was arrived.
