Zareen Nx - Return not picked and refund not processed

Had placed an order on Facebook online marketplace through * diff sellers but happened to be delivery only from * seller named Zareen NX
Received the parcel by blue dart and paid cash
Was promised good quality and same product to be delivered as the pic
Both orders got delivered and paid cash for both the orders (**** and ****)
They promised returns and refunds if product not ok or not happy with the quality
The first seller named Ayub and second seller named Sanjay Ghadiya
Ayub kept saying pickup will happen soon
Sanjay just vanished
Worst quality and service
Beware of these cheats and fraudsters
Need my money back
Have raised complaints with facebook but no action from their end
