United Colors of Benetton - Return not getting placed since last 15 days instead of claiming on website of free easy returns

This is to bring to your notice that I had a very disappointing experience with benetton online purchase. I have been trying to place a return request since the last ** days but with no success. I have contacted the customer care multiple times via phone number and email address, all response I am getting is that we will resolve as soon as possible. On call, the executive first committed to wait for ** hours, then I was told to wait for * days, but still no resolution.
Their website claims of "free & easy returns" but they are unresponsive when trying to place the same. NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM BENETTON INDIA WEBSITE
