• Email received on **-April confirming on order shipment with expected delivery date as **-April
• Delivery delayed email received from their shipping partner Shiprocket on **-April, no intimation of next delivery date
• Complaint email sent to c.services@benetton.co.in on **-April, no response from customer services team
• Voice calls made to **** *** **** almost daily in the week of **-April, no resolution received
* Reached out to CEO on LinkedIn a week back, CEO committed to investigate and resolve however issue is not resolved yet
