The refund for my recent transaction has not yet been reflected in my account. The refund was processed and the app shows that the amount will be reflected in my account by *th May, **** and it is already **th May, **** and still I am unable to see the amount credited. The refund policy states that the refund shall appear, if done through upi, within *-* days but it is over * days now.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
