Flipkart - Return not accepting

I am Flipkart customer since its starting days and also the PLUS member after consuming points still have thousands of points in it.
On **th Jan **** , I ordered * Blazers with order number (OD******************) which i received on **th Jan after wearing it ,I found fitting issue so i made a return request as per your policy (** Days return/Refund Policy of yours). But what i found next day it got cancelled, I made a several mails and call to flipkart and they told me on mail that Due to high number of return, return is cancelled and i can not login in my account further.
My queries is as follows :-
a) If my return is high as per you please tell me the amount of item i have purchased from flipkart from last ** years.
b) If i am not a genuine customer so how can i become plus member with still having so much of points in it.
c) If my return is high how could you provide me Flipkart pay later account with Rs. ***** Limit.
d) If as per you i am not worthy to be customer so why you ignoring your ** days policy, if you don`t want me your customer do as per your policy take return n block me on flipkart but you over-passing your policy.
e) I purchased it from flipkart pay later account and now my account is locked so how i fill my dues of other items.
f) If i am returning my product which is under your policy then whatsoever be reason then how i am accountable to pay amount of flipkart pay later , you can block me if you want to loose ** years of relation ship but only as per your return policy and dues clearing.
