Myntra - Return Not accepting

I have ordered a U.S Polo blazer from Myntra worth rs **** and the size I recieved is not fit to me and it's tight so I opted to return but they are saying it's colour is not same and it's used and in * days how can colour of the product change also I am providing the number of delivery boy whom I know as I am frequent online shopper and he can confirm that I recieved the product on **th and opted for the return on same Day.

They can't enforce anyone to keep the thing by just saying it's used when it's not without any proof.
