Mynta - Return not accepting, Return policy is changed after placing an order

I want to return items in Order number *******-*******-******* and *******-*******-*******.
but it is only showing exchange option, i saw that return policy is changed to * days now, but i want to draw your kind attention that when i place the order at that time return policy was for ** days, so pls update your system accordingly i want to return this product as i dont found this product worth quality with this price range, pls create return request for this item asap.
