Dear Myntra,
I Ordered An 'HERE&NOW Men Blue Slim Fit Mid-Rise Clean Look Stretchable Jeans' On **th Jan **** And Received It On **th Jan ****. The Colour Of Product Was Different. So I Returned The Product On **th Jan **** (Return No: **********) And The Pick Up Boy Came On My Doorstep, Check The Product And Price Tag And Said It Was Fine And Took Back. But, I Received Mail From Myntra That My Return Request Is Put On Hold As The Product Does Not Passes Quality Check. And Now It Has Been Declined With A Product Reshipped Status.
I Haven't Used The Product And Price Tags Were Also Intact While Returning The Product. On talking with customer care, they said the issue will be resolved by **th Jan but it has not been resolved yet. This Is My Request To Please Refund My Amount Of Rs. **** And Kindly Look Into The Matter As Soon As Possible. Please Help To Initiate My Refund.
