As I am seller, when I deliver product and customer cancelled and return the product then the product come to us with ** days now the changes to ** days while my incident, but in me case they are not returning my products and when i raise the ticket they said that they attempted * time so I'm not eligible for return of my products or claim, while no one ever come to me for my returns, they have falsely marked on my returns as " rejected by seller" while no one ever come to me with my returns they didn't gave any proof for my rejectetion of my returns. I raised ticket many time but they giving same revert. And also it's happening now again and again with my returns.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
