Kisah - Return issues

Hello this is Digvijay Singh, Sub inspector in MP police I had ordered two Kisah Nehru jacket which is delivered on * December and I didn't like the quality of product so I decide to return the products on * December but when I tried to return I had faced some technical error bcoz of this I had tried on * December also but I had faced the same problem so I decide to call on your customer services after trying several times my call didn't not connect, so I decide to write to Myntra in contact us option on App.On * December I return about my problems and request to arrange call back from Myntra executive but after writing several times in three days( * December to ** December) I had received only one call from your executive that was also not resolved my problems your executive didn't give any solution so I asked her to arrange a call back from senior supervisor to resolve my problem but I didn't received any call from your team in last two days. So today I decide to Mail Myntra team if after writing this also I didn't get my solution I'll go to lodge a complaint against Myntra on different platforms. It's my request to take action asap.
