Kisah - No Response from Kisah on return request

I ordered a Indo-western sherwani from Kisah but the product was not good so i filed for a return the same day of delivery however even after multiple emails from last * days they have not been responding to my return request and it feels like they are planning to cheat me of my money even though they have a * day return policy.
