Savana by Urbanic - Return issue

I've ordered three t-shirts from savana (order id: S*********************) and unfortunately they didn't fit as per my expectations so I scheduled a return and to my surprise only one t-shirt out of the three was able to return hassle free as the delivery assistant's system showed a completely different product instead of the original t-shirts I returned thus the pickup for the two t-shirts failed due to the original products not matching the faulty systems products on the delivery assistant's phone,
I've tried rescheduling the return * times and sent several emails yet no help,
They always close the ticket without resolving my issue thus I'm stuck with two ill fitted t-shirts and a loss of ₹***,

Apart from my loss the return procedure of savana is a nightmare if you want to exchange for a different size (which isn't a option) or even return items as good as new, guess what? You wouldn't be able to!
