I ordered a Titan watch from flipkart. I received the product on **th September, ****. When I opened the product, I saw it was completely different model which I ordered. Now I request to flipkart to refund my money and pick up that different model. Its been more than one week, flipkart didn't do a single thing and they just digest my money with giving me a wrong product. I have all the call records when I was contacting flipkart customer agent as proofs that they didn't take necessary steps in this regard and they don't update the issue in my flipkart app. I am attaching the screenshot of the order details as reference.
Please take a strict action against flipkart so that they refund my money back.
