Gilma - Return delay

The product delivered was not functioning and had immediately requested for refund. But the return was not picked up and instead the refund approved was rejected. On escalation to CC they accepted the mistake and gave up a new date for return pickup but no body came to collect the return and again the refund was reject and on further compliant they said it will be definitely be picked up after ** days! but again as usual nobody came to pick up and on compliant got one more date and return ID ...pathetic customer service and fake products sold so can understand why the return is no picked up ..Flipkart should take serious action against these bad sellers else it will become history like Snapdeal!
