I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding the service provided at my residence on *rd July ****. The primary issue was that one of the burners was not functioning properly.
While the initial service charge was quoted as ₹***, by Gilma service centre, the technician who visited offered to:Perform deep cleaning,
Replace the pipe of the leaking burner,
Spray the interior to prevent rust
He also claimed the work would be covered under a *-year warranty. Based on this, we were charged a total of ₹*,***.
However, within just a few hours of the service being completed, the same burner issue reappeared. There has been no improvement in performance, and the problem we originally raised remains unresolved.
We feel misled and cheated by this experience. We placed our trust in your brand’s service standards, but this has been extremely disappointing—both financially and technically.
We request a full refund of ₹*,*** immediately from Gilma
