Myntra - Return declined for a defective product

I ordered a semi-stitched Lehenga Set from Myntra on **-Aug-**** which got delivered on ** Aug.
A Defective and Bad Quality Product was delivered to me. Products is of very bad quality and on top of that doesn't have any branding or tags for price on it to autheticate my purchase from the Vendor.
I raised a return request on ** Aug and the pick up guy didn't completed the pickup saying that the product doesn't have any tags on it and asked to raise a ticket for same.
There had been no communication till **th august and later that day I got the updated that i have been "Declined" the return for the Product by "Myntra" due to missing tags.
Since then my issue is going back and forth multiple times with "Myntra" and I have just recieved an unsatisfactory resolution saying product delivered was passed from all there so called "Quality Checks".
I re-raised the request to esctalate the issue but My Ticket was closed without having discussion with me stating the same issue for which i raised the ticket! N since then it's been * days I have atleast requested * customer executive to escalate my issue but no one at Myntra is bothered to look into the issue.
I request everyone including "Myntra" Officals to investigate this matter with urgency because I am not letting the matter go without getting proper justice. This kind of fraud at part of Myntra and vendor won't be tolerated.
I am constanlty trying to get in touch with any one from "Myntra" to discuss the issue but not getting any calls after getting promised for * /**/** hours time frame.
They are not calling me or giving me any response.I am being mentally harrassed by Myntra.
