Flipkart - Return and Refund

Dear Sir,
I booked a Whirlpool washing machine on ** October **** and the delivery was ** October ****, it was delivered on ** October **** . It was in the flipkart warehouse for almost ** Days.
The Whirlpool technician came for the Demo and told Pipe Hose is missing and mentioned it in report and left. I applied for a refund , but it was rejected , again i have applied for a replacement of the whole product. I do no what else is missing or the originals would have been replaced . Later they accepted my refund and the Pickup date was on ** November , it later changed to ** November , when I contacted the customer care they say it will done before ** November. Till the pickup the unit , they wont refund my money. Going to be almost * and half months , really a waste services flipkart if providing.
Let them refund my money and when ever they want , let them take it.
