I booked * TCC Bathroom Corner from Meesho on **th March, ****. They delivered the order on **th March, ****. After opening the box I found that I have got a wrong product hence I applied on their app for exchange on **st March, ****. They came to collect the product on **rd March, **** for exchange. They exchanged and brought the another product on **th March, ****. They again brought the same product which they had delivered us earlier. Then I initiated a return of this product on **th March, ****. They came to pick the order on **st March, **** but they didnot take the product alongwith them mentioning that the product shown to us on our mobile is different to what you are giving to us and hence they cancelled the return and refund of the product. We lodged a complaint to the Help Centre of Meesho. They called us and we informed everything to them and they told us to again reinitiate the complaint for return and refund. We did the same on **st March, **** but again on *nd April, **** we received the same msg that your return and refund order has been cancelled due to mismatch of the product. We again lodged a complaint to the help centre of Meesho but no response from their end.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.

I have returned my item on ** October to pickup person shared the OTP also before returning which i received but I still didn't get any refund yet. Also in the portal the status is still showing as return initiated
