Purchased a boAt TWS AD *** Amoun *** from the online app but pick up from the local store, the product is covered in the *-day return policy in the case of Defective. Return request initiated on **th **th May **** by phone request no: ************* on **** *** **** and also sent an email on reliancedigital@ril.com. they assured to resolve the issue within ** working hours. but till date, I called many times they have never deined but done nothing to return the product and refund the money. They sent the me to go to the store( in an email reply) to resolve the issue but the store said we have no option to resolve it as this is online order.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
