Relaince Digital Store - Insurance from resQ Relaince for the washing machine brought from Reliance digital store

I had purchased an LG washing machine along with other items from Reliance Digital, Kolar Road store, and also opted for insurance coverage under the *My resQ* plan, trusting the brand image of Reliance.
In June ****, I raised a service request under the plan for my washing machine. After assessment, I was informed that the repair cost was very high, and I was offered a proposal to surrender the washing machine in lieu of reimbursement of approximately ₹*,***. I accepted this proposal with the intention of clubbing the reimbursed amount to purchase a new washing machine.
As advised, I submitted all required forms to the store and personally visited the store four times to follow up. Since I am a government employee with limited availability, my mother also visited the store around *–* times for the same purpose. Despite these repeated efforts and multiple telephonic conversations, the matter is still unresolve.However, after following up diligently with him for over a month, I was recently informed that the proposal is I had purchased an LG washing machine along with other items from Reliance Digital, Kolar Road store, and also opted for insurance coverage under the *My resQ* plan, trusting the brand image of Reliance. Eventually, the store official, Mr. Rahul, directed me to contact Mr. Ashok, with whom the proposal was stated to be pending. However, after following up diligently with him for over a month, I was recently informed that the insurance is expired now despite the complaint lodged in stipulated time period..Such a pathetic experience and unethical approach of company.My mother suffered alot.
