I had ordered purple salwar suit material (Adrika refined salwar suit material) and received it on *.*.**. but the product was wrong (design and pattern were not the same as in the site) I requested for exchange of the product and received it on **.*.**. but the exchanged product was worse so I had requested for return of the product and refund my money.
Since then I have been calling meesho every day to return the product and refund my money and have sent email too with the images of the wrong product. After long the return request was initiated but meesho had sent wrong images to the courier company/pickup agency (shadowfax)and the pickup agent refused to take the product. Even after complaining about the images mismatch issue still meesho had repeated the mistake of sending the wrong images to the courier company.
After one and a half month still my problem has not been solved.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
