Nikhil Deepak Acquilla filed complaint against Wazirx exchange on May 15, 2021
I was depositing *** USDT from my trust wallet account to wazirx wallet. I wasnt aware of the token being of a different network type in wazirx (erc **) and trust wallet doesnt ask for a network type before transferring. I raised a ticket (* May ****) to customer support instantly. In the FAQ's it was listed that this mistake can be corrected at their end and the process would involve time and money. I have been trying to follow up on the complaint and haven't recieved any call or mail from the customer support team. The company has come out and announced that they are overworked and understaffed and i understand their situation given us the pandemic has been wrecking everyones lives. Im forced to take this step only because ive tried everything else( contact social media platforms to speedtrack the process) and i would just like to bring the WazirX's teams attention to this matter since the amount of money that ive misplaced is a lot for me to write off and i am in desperate need of these funds. I hope after paying the penalty the money misplaced and be recovered and sent back to my wazirx wallet.
