I have enrolled for ITIL * Foundation Training and Certification at Simplilearn and paid for the same Rs: *****/- on *nd of September ****. During the enrollment I was assured that if I fail to clear the exam in first attempt then the Simplilearn would refund the whole amount or they would issue an exam voucher for the second attempt.
Since my exam for the first attempt was cancelled from the exam governance body (Peoplecert) and I notified the status to the Simplilearn training team immediately and asked for the re-take voucher or refund on September **th ****. Inspite of multiple reminder I did not receive any update from Simplilearn team till * months.
Now I got an email from the Simplilearn team that they will not refund or give voucher for re-take of exam and closed the support ticket. As they have promised me of giving a refund or re-take during my the enrollment of this training and now they have failed to fulfill what they have agreed.
As there was no response from Simplilearn team for * months. I have enrolled for the same certification through other vendor and cleared the exam.
Now I am looking only for the refund which I have paid to Simplilearn which is Rs: *****/- . Could you please help me in getting the refund.
