Hi,
I had Lodged a complaint regarding the issues related to my vu android TV on ** November **** bearing a call no.VU****** but no resolution has been provided yet. My TV is still in the warranty period.
The *k videos on my TV are not playing properly and there are play back issues on all video content on all apps including the TV channels.
Engineer visited to check the issue once and acknowledged the issue but didn't provided me with any resolution saying he will talk to the manager .
Then I contacted the manager and he too acknowledged the issue and told me they are talking to the technical team about that but didn't provided me with any resolution or any estimated time for resolution.
I contacted the customer care and took a follow up more than dozen times. But no resolution provided yet. The only thing I heard is that they have forwarded my complaint.
Now it has been around ** days since I lodged the complaint and no resolution was provided. No body even bothered to call me back regarding the issue.
This was the most distasteful experience I ever had with any product.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
