I have VU **inch iconium model at end of the year ****. With few weeks the mother board damaged. They replaced the mother board after **days, then again that mother board also not worked, they took another ** days to replace the mother board. The third mother board also a faulty one. Then they replaced the new TV it also am faulty one. Then they replaced the lower end model and tried to conceive as this is a new one. After a argument they replaced the same tv we have ordered at first place. With a day the tv sensor and remote got some issues, so they placed a cardboard sheet under the sensor. With all these issue tv warrenty itself expired. In **** the tv’s applications are like YouTube are failed to open and work. After a software upgrade the tv completely stopped working.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
