complaint received a resolved status but the money is yet to be returned to the account from which UPI payment was done. the reply says to get in touch with the bank. bank has limited role in UPI transactions.The resolved status by yatra before money transfer to account is fraud.keep the complain open till money is reverted back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
