Dear Sir
I am writing to bring to your attention a very serious matter regarding the handling of my employment process by the TCS team. I am facing not just professional loss but a deep personal crisis due to repeated mishandling, miscommunication, and forced actions by TCS representatives.
*. Forceful Resignation Against Company Policy
During the resignation process from Vistara, I clearly told Ms. Nishva Parveen that I was on leave and could not submit my resignation immediately through the company system.
She still insisted that I resign from my personal email ID, but I explained to her that it would be against company policy, and that I would instead complete the process officially on Monday once I returned to work.
Even then, she continued to pressure and force me to resign immediately.
Before submitting the resignation, I also clearly asked her again if there would be any risk or issue — because my manager at Vistara was trying to retain me. I told her:
“I am the only earning member in my house, I need job security — will there be any problem?”
She clearly said:
“Don’t worry. You are confirmed. Go ahead and resign.”
Because of her assurance and repeated pressure, I resigned. And now, despite everything I followed, my joining has been delayed, and I’m now being told it won’t happen — this is unethical, unprofessional, and deeply damaging to me.
*. This is Not the First Time – Same Experience in ****
This is not the first time TCS has done this to me. In ****, I was working with WNS, and the same thing happened — TCS assured me of joining, asked me to resign, and then did not proceed. Because of this, I remained jobless for *–* months, and faced multiple rejections in interviews due to the employment gap that TCS itself created.
*. Following Instructions from Ms. Rini Banerjee
Throughout the process, I followed every instruction given by Ms. Rini Banerjee from your team. She clearly told me the employment dates I should enter in the system, and I followed them exactly as per her written email.
I even submitted her email as proof to your team. Despite this, I am now being told that there is a “negative verification” because of employment dates — which were clearly given to me by your own team.
Please ask your team this: how is that my fault when I simply followed the exact dates given by Rini Banerjee in writing?
*. Critical Family & Financial Emergency
My sister met with a severe accident and was admitted to the ICU, so I could not join on the original **th July joining date.
I immediately informed Ms. Tanaya about this situation via phone and requested her to reschedule my joining to **th August, and she confirmed it would be done.
Now suddenly, I receive a call saying “joining will not happen due to verification issues.”
This is shocking and extremely unfair — once again, I am being punished for your team’s miscommunication, even after sharing everything honestly and in advance.
If I had a job today, I could have requested help from my company for my sister’s surgery. But TCS took away that option too by making me resign and then constantly delaying my process.
I even submitted all my sister’s ICU reports to your team, but still no empathy or support is shown.
How much more will TCS team harass me for no fault of mine?
*. My Humble but Firm Request
I respectfully request you to:
Immediately investigate this matter thoroughly, especially the actions of Ms. Nishva Parveen, Ms. Rini Banerjee, and all handling team members.
Allow me to join as scheduled or provide proper compensation for the loss I’ve suffered.
Stop putting the burden of internal miscommunication on innocent candidates like me.
Lastly, if anything happens to me or my sister, TCS will be fully responsible. This has now become a question of my survival and my family’s well-being.
I am requesting justice, not sympathy. I truly hope someone senior steps in to correct this wrong before it’s too late.
