My concern was when I tried to login I was able to do all setup and identification but when it came to downloading the exam files, the percentage bar was showing *% and it was not increasing. I waited for halfan hour and tried with all hands to start with help but was unable to attempt because the exam files were not downloading and unfortunately I could not appear, and now I am unable to reschedule the exam.
