Nobroker - Resell Property

This amount was paid under the assurance that the property had a clear, marketable title and was ready for registration and bank loan processing. *. Disclosure of Material Defects: Despite multiple follow-ups, the seller and NoBroker failed to provide the mandatory legal documents required for a bank loan. Upon independent verification of official Government of Karnataka records, I discovered the following suppressed facts: Government Transaction Block: Verification on the E-Swathu portal for Property ID ****************** explicitly states: "This is the property on which apartment/building is built and cannot be transacted". Massive Tax Arrears: The Bapuji Seva Kendra portal reveals unpaid government dues and multi-year tax arrears exceeding ₹*,**,***/- across the land and building PIDs (PID: ****************** and ******************). *. Deficiency in Service by NoBroker: As a paid mediator, NoBroker has failed to perform basic due diligence by listing a property that is legally blocked from sale by the state government. NoBroker is now refusing to process my refund, which constitutes a "Deficiency in Service" and "Unfair Trade Practice" under the Consumer Protection Act, ****. *.
