On **.**.**** company called me to collect the free gift voucher on my name. When I reached Hotel somewhere in Jaipur somehow they sold me there package for holidays. After the given promises by the company which includes my packages for that, I have to fight for. Now after paying money that didn't pick calls, never reply on time and I am asking for my refund they are not giving. For booking holidays as per my packages, I am trying to book through the company but company persons are not replying for a long time. No solution is providing by the company of getting my money back.
Now I am not getting any other way to get my money back. Kindly suggest.
