Countryard Imperial Inn & Suites - Package not given after payment no reply is given on email no one attending phone calls

I purchased the package for ** days plus ** days on a payment of Rs. ***** at Hotel Lazeez, Hisar but after one year the did not sent me any package detail and not provided any holiday. I have contacted them one email and phone more than *** times but they did not reply since long. Their phone number are not working. I have slip of payment, photographs of employees who received payment, their whatsapp number, and other number. They told me that if you want , we can refund withing ** days if you feel not good about the package but when in starting i asked for refund then they said that first you avail the holiday after then you can ask for refund. I have tried everything but they dont respond and not provided any refund, nor the package.
