The order no OD****************** was sent as a detective product and a different product with damaged packaging.
*) The item was for kids, but the item shipped was not even adult friendly.
*) The requested return was canceled by the seller * times.
*) After the request got canceled, Flipkart mentioned that it was a logistics issue from their side. but since the return period is over, I cannot raise any more return requests and need to keep the product and bear the loss of ****/-.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
