I am raising this *complain to express my frustration regarding the RO unit purchased in August ****. Since the time of installation, the unit has had persistent leakage issues. Despite raising multiple service requests, the problem remains unresolved, and no permanent solution has been provided on multiple raised tickets with Livpure team (Ticket ************* and *************)
Given the repeated inconvenience and lack of resolution, we kindly request one of the following actions:
Immediate replacement of the unit, or
Full refund of the purchase amount
