This is to bring to your kind notice that the Redmi Note * Pro Max doesn’t work & it is not up to the expectation the product has automatic restart problem.

I would like to inform you that I brought the product from the Mega-Tech World at Sastri Road Aberdeen Bazaar Port Blair on **th November ****. Within ** days automatic restart problem arouses I Informed the seller he reset the phone and given back & told that some software problem was there. But actually, it was not solved & the same trouble was still continued I went to the seller again for another two times but the trouble was same. At last, on **th Jan **** went to service Centre but very poor response & service I got, they again reset my phone and given back, Problem was still the same again went to service Centre on **th Jan **** they informed me after * days that the Mainboard is not working & it will take **-** days for board replacement I contact the mi customer care many times against service Centre for the delay. I recollected my phone, this time a new problem awakened.

As per promises the Redmi Note * Pro Max charges faster & can fill **% of the battery under ** minutes but I found that charging takes * hours to fill **% of the battery. Again I rush to the service Centre on **th Feb **** and submitting the Mobile phone still, my phone is in the service center.

In this regard, I request you to help me for a refund or provide me a replacement for the same.
