Redmi NOTE 9 PRO MAX - Manufacturing Defected Mobile not exchanged or returned

Dear Team
As per bill i bought a Redmi Note * Pro Max mobile phone from MI Authorized Jaipur Dealer "Agarwal Sound System" on **st April ****, after using * day i found some hardware/software problem in my new mobile and at the same time I discussed this with the shopkeeper and the MI service center authorized person (Mr. Lokesh). They asked me to replace this phone after the lockdown (all markets/shops/offices were closed due to the lockdown). On the first day of unlock (** June ****) I went to MI Service Center (Variety Computer Services, Vidyadhar Nagar, Jaipur) but got no response due to punctuality due to COVID-**. I went to the same service center again on ** june **** and share the mobile problems again to Mr Lokesh but he said that they can't change my mobile because they said that there is a problem with the charging and they want to test Provide optional charging cable. They ask to call in * days but even after * days they have not received any solution and are not joining my call. And the problem was still coming in the mobile.
This policy to change my new mobile is broken within * days and i agreed to return this mobile on **nd April **** but MI authorized person (Mr. Lokesh) refused due to lockdown and after lockdown Had promised to provide a new phone. Now the lockdown is over and the service center is also open but they did not change my mobile. Apart from the shopkeeper and authorized service center, I also contacted the company but did not get any proper solution. Repairing the same phone and giving it back. While i paid for the new phone please look into it as a businessman and provide technical/computer related services. My business is stuck due to mobile handset issue.
Below are the problems found in mobile -
- Charging issue (auto disconnect with phone and same charging again every ** seconds)
- Battery drains very fast without using phone (phone is **% charged during sleep and wake-up time **-**%)
- Hanging issue (phone has ** GB space available but still mobile apps are not responding and stop working)
- The phone is working automatically (putting the phone on the table and no one touches but the mobile automatically plays songs and goes to google used to turn off and on)
