I have paid **** as requested by Colive relationship manager ( Ramjith ). He said the below.

Click on the link, use google chrome
Pay ****/- in the notes section use the coupon code "COLIVE****"
After payment send me the screenshot
[**/**, *:** pm] Ramjit Colive: It's valid for ** mins only
Please use this coupon to get the discount"
I have paid the amount through the co live link. After I went to the PG they are saying that Colive is not acceptable. I have informed the same but they are not ready to pay my refund.
I'm having all the details with me. Please check and do the needful. Thanks
