I had booked the colive stay at banglore Colive (Colive Torrance). I had booked the same after getting misinformation from the sales person who misguided us regarding the caution deposit. After realising the same I decided to not opt Colive because of the misinformation given even after multiple enquiries. Upon informing the same person who mislead us he had assured that the amount of ₹**** ie the booking amount would be refunded within a period of one week. For the past one week I am continuously trying to contact them. All the calls either go unattended or calls gets hung up by the staffs at colive. The payment was done on **st of march. Still no updates regarding the refund or no way for me to contact the concerned staffs.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
