Story tv - Request for Refund of Accidental Autopay Charge

I contacted Story TV regarding this issue earlier, but I did not receive any response from them. Today, late at night, they finally replied and informed me that they will not provide a refund.
My autopay was accidentally activated on ** December, and on ** December, an amount of ₹*** was automatically deducted from my PhonePe account by Story TV.
Story TV has clearly informed me that they have decided not to refund the amount. However, this refund is very important for me, which is why I am forced to file this complaint here and request help in resolving the matter.
