PALLAVI AGARWAL filed complaint against Jiomart com on Sep 30, 2021
I placed a prepaid order from jiomart mobile app for a bottom wear on *th July, **** and it was cancelled by delivery executive.
To mention, i never got any message from jiomart stating that my order is out for delivery. I received a call on *th July, **** and he said that he has come to deliver my order and that he will not come up in my building. Since, i did not get any intimation from jiomart regarding delivery i questioned him regarding his authencity and asked him to wait for * minutes. Upon calling jiomart customer care they told me that my order is not out for delivery.
Then i called that man several times, but he never responded.
However, in the evening i received a message from jiomart stating that my refund is being initiated.
Now, in my app it is showing as returned.
But till today **/**/****, i have not got any refund and they are telling me that they have delivered my order.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
