I purchased a device i.e. Zebronics Zeb-Juke Bar ****DWS Pro Dolby Atmos *** Watts *.*.* Channel Sounbar from JioMart online selling channel (format) of Reliance Retail Limited, RELIANCE RETAIL LIMITED and made the full payment on **st July ****, by using their mobile application, and they delivered the product on **/**/****. When I opened the box, I found that a few accessories like remote, HDMI cable and wall mounting related things were not there, as per the product details and advertisement these things should be there. I found dents on the subwoofer, and I also found some other defects in product like usb was also not functional and the wireless subwoofer goes disconnecting frequently from the soundbar itself multiple time. Because of all these things, I tried to register complaint using mobile app as well as website but none of these was working properly, I also tried to chat with them using mobile app and raise my concern but it was also not happened as neither their mobile app nor their website was taking my inputs. Then I called customer care on ***********; and reported the issue but I was shocked when they told me that the status has not been updated and delivery has not been marked up to till now and since then, the situation has been as it is, and they haven't updated it yet, even though they're changing by extending the delivery time up to till now instead of marking the order delivered, as today they updated *th Aug. **** as expected delivery date. However, they told me that they registered my complaints vide no. **********, ********** and ********** but none of them has been resolved yet and I can't even see any trails or details on their website or mobile app related to these complaints, it still says not any issue has been registered and whenever I'm trying to register one by myself it's not accepting any typing or touch input for submit issue button. I called them so many times and asked them to refund me my money and take the defective product back but they're doing same thing each time- put my call on hold and then disconnecting after some time. Because of all these I'm very much frustrated, and upset hence aggrieved, because even after paying them such an amount I got nothing but anxiety and other unwanted disturbances and their rude and unprofessional response is enlarging my pain like sprinkling salt on my wounds. Hence, I want to request the authority concerning to do the needful please so that I can get my hard-earned money back from them.
