I purchased a new Panasonic *.* Ton AC on ** April **** from Flipkart. The indoor unit started leaking water within one month of purchase.
I immediately complained to customer care, and they sent a technician to inspect and service the unit. Despite multiple visits, the problem remains unresolved. The leakage continues, causing inconvenience and potential damage to my property.
Each time, I have explained the issue and provided evidence (photos/videos), but the service team has failed to fix it. I have lodged complaints on several occasions, but no permanent solution has been offered.
Since my AC is under warranty and the issue has persisted despite repeated service visits, I believe this is a clear case of “deficiency in service” and “product defect” under the Consumer Protection Act, ****
