TAG Vacation India Limited - Request for Immediate Refund of TAG Vacation Club Membership Fee Member ID

We were reached out by Harsh Malhotra on (** Feb. ****) for free *star *star hotel stay vouchers and this promotional event held by tag vacation club at (hotel Radisson blu Pashchim Vihar) there we met Suraj Tiwari he told us about tag membership plans and he tried many effort with his senior to convince us to take membership plan my husband denied for this membership they took our * hours to convince us in the night but after three hours lecture i don't know what happened with me how i fell into their trap we didn't had that much amount so they convince us to pay by credit card and make EMI then they did online payment of Rs ***** we had to pay extra with gst and interest. after payment they told us there is maintenance charge every year Rs ****+gst for using their membership package in national hotels after that we realize that they did fraud with us they hide things from us like maintenance charge after that we called customer care for cancel membership plan and refund amount they said its non refundable and non cancelable plan and that was new thing they didn't said all about these in the time of meeting I was literally shocked and felt cheated by them it was the biggest fraud happened with me I am very upset and stressed they took my hard earned money by false commitments please help me to get refund my hard earn money.
