Our experience has been one of the Worst Ever! They are now Denying us Service after we paid for this. They have failed to provide a room to us as requested in Goa for our Anniversary, such a special ocassion for us even when we had asked for that more than *.* months in Advance.

We had luckily only paid for * years of Use in which they give ** Nights. I say this luckily because a lot of people end up paying upwards of *.* Lakh rupees and what a waste of Money. During presentation they will lure you by showing properties * star with great studio rooms and what not. But they actually dont have any tie up of any sort.

When you ask for a booking after this first you have to go through their email support, which usually doesn’t reply on time. And there is so much back and forth just to make a reservation that you eventually get irritated with the support. I think they are incentivized to give a bad experience so that less people book and since its all prepaid they get profit.

Now when you ask for dates they will give you any property that they want, meaning that you wont even get a choice of which property to chose from. We asked for list of properties in Goa and they sent a list of around ** properties but then when we asked for availability ONLY * of them was available, we even asked that if our dates are not available then please provide options for date available in the future to which they DENIED.
They dont actually have any tie up with properties they mention otherwise they could have easily given us alternative dates for the Properties but they just DENIED saying only * property is available.

When you check the rates of the ONLY Property they provide you will really question YOUR decision of BUYING such an expensive deal as it is usually in the range of *-*k / night. 
During Presentation they will tell you that you get *-* star properties which you usually get for more than *-**k but in under *k/night but its all a LIE as they dont have any Tie up. They’ll just force their hotel / resort on us.

Then after all of this we put up a review (You can check by Namita Puri’s Name in the review section) of our honest experience and since then they have been threatening us to remove our review or they wont provide us Reservation.
We told them that if they provide us the Service as promised then we would remove the review but they DENIED providing the Reservation to us, NOT Even Replying to Our calls. Falsely Accusing us of refusing to Pay AMC when we NEVER Refused to do so.

We just wanted to spend our first wedding anniversary at a good resort and planned everything in advance of more than *.* months and still if we couldn’t get Reservation then there is absolutely no Point of this membership

To TAG Team: The company has the worst customer support ever and whatever short term profits you earn, I’ll try and make sure that is as minimum as possible by asking all my influencer friends and posting a lot of negative reviews on your different platforms. 
I did try and be reasonable but it seems you dont expect to understand reason
