We submitted application no.-********** to EBSRDCL for getting new connection for our newly build apartment consisting of ** flat then quotation no.- **********/Quot/** was provided on **.*.** of all most Rs.** lakh & we paid on **.*.** with receipt-************ & ************.Since then having very bad struggle following up with local office many time for getting new connecting but they don't provide new connection still now * months already passed. after getting fed-up raised complain docket no.- ******** to WBSEDCL and grievance no. ***/**** to consumer affair on **.**.**** but no help from any one till now one more month passed.All relevant document attached.
Please help us to get out of the unbelievable bad situation we are going on facing with our full family consisting of ** year old father and ** year old mother and many other family of other flat.
