Lost my SIM and been to a vi mini store in electronic city for a duplicate sim on **st Oct ****. The store executive said it'll be activated within ** hours and took a charge of *** for the replacement ,but it's been more than * month my sim is not activated and I'm unable to contact the store executive, when tried calling the manager received the call and told he'll check the issue,but no response from his side again tried calling and texted him but no reply.********** is my vi number and need the replacement for the same .

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
