Flipkart Perfect Homes Atiu Metal * Seater Dining Set.
I am extremely disappointed by the product quality and fitting. Also the Jeeves technicians or handyman who came to install were cheaters.
They have installed the products, after that legs of the chairs are uneven. Technicians said floor was uneven, I maid them try on different floor. We have other chairs at home functioning well.
Then they admit chairs are faulty , but they can not return it . They have to close the call and after that we have to place the request for replacement twice.
Both the time technician visit automatically successful without even visiting the house.
The picture they have taken pictures and closing the technician visit without visiting the house. I have everything on video i will upload it to YouTube as flipkart is only allowing pictures to be uploaded.
Delivery was also not good. Boxes were damaged due to that there are visible heavy scratches.
I will not recommend this product to any one. Also i will not recommend to purchase this from Flipkart there support is horrible on this matter.
I have tried to reach customer care * times till now. There is no resolution.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
